Kosovo Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Arsim Bajrami, has taken part in the publication of UNICEF study on the costs of Early Childhood Education, which was prepared by UNICEF with the support of Kosovo Assembly.

Parliament Speaker, Kadri Veseli praised the study as a very important research, especially in terms of raising the standards in rural areas. According to him the exclusion of children from early education has its impact on low economic development of the country.

Meanwhile, Bajrami noted that the supporting of such a research by the Assembly, is an indication of the concentration of Assembly chairman but also of others stakeholders in the promotion of the human rights.
