Prime Minister of Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, took part in the launch of works on the road in Prelez Jerlive in Ferizaj. Present at the event were Minister of Infrastructure, Lutfi Zharku, mayor of Ferizaj, Muharrem Svarqa, members of the Assembly and other dignitaries.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Mustafa said that for the municipality Ferizaj but also for Kosovo is essential to discharge big cities from traffic.

"Ferizaj is highly developed and is a very large undertaking to create this ring, in order to prevent traffic in the city and allow the city to live free, while the transport takes place in a normal way," said Prime Minister Mustafa. Prime Minister Mustafa, during the early works of this road, said that efforts will be made so that other cities also apply this model in order to be freed from excessive traffic.

"I think it is a job of interest to citizens, which shows a sign of our development infrastructure and economic development, because the very fact that we are embarking on the expansion of the existing arteries and construction of new roads, shows that we have succeeded in a situation where we can afford and this is a sign of a higher development of Kosovo, "said Prime Minister Mustafa.

Mayor of Ferizaj, Muharrem Svarqa, on this occasion said that is among the most important projects, invested by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in recent times. Thanking the Prime Minister Mustafa and the Government of Kosovo for the care toward citizens of Ferizaj municipality, the mayor Sfarqa said it was shown care and attention so that for Ferizaj businesses create an alternative connection because businesses of Ferizaj are already strongly affecting the overall development of Kosovo.
