RIT Croatia, is the only American college in Croatia. It is an affiliate of Rochester Institute of Technology – one of the 10 biggest private universities in the US whose quality is being recognized by numerous respected institutions and media. Just recently, the renowned Princeton Review has recognized it as one of the nation’s best universities for undergraduate education.
On its campuses in Dubrovnik and Zagreb, RIT Croatia offers three American undergraduate programs: International Hospitality and Service Management (Dubrovnik), International Business (Zagreb) and Information Technology (Dubrovnik, Zagreb) as well as RIT’s Master of Science program Service Leadership and Innovation.
Why should you choose RIT Croatia?
Academic programs at RIT Croatia are equivalent to those offered at RIT campus in the US. All classes are held in English and students are provided with the same high quality education earning the same degree as our students studying at RIT’s other campuses (Rochester, NY, USA and Dubai, UAE). Also, RIT Croatia is the only higher education institution in Croatia granting two diplomas: an American degree from RIT and a Croatian degree from RIT Croatia. The quality of our college has been confirmed by many international accreditations.
There are many things that make RIT Croatia different in relation to “classic” education institutions, but one of the major ones would be the career-oriented and cooperative education. As part of RIT, the college provides students with knowledge and experience that will help them successfully develop their careers on a global market. Actually, RIT is internationally known for its career-education programs and its cooperative education program is one the oldest and largest in the world.
RIT Croatia provides international education and practical experience to its students. Our students have the possibility to collaborate with their colleagues on different campuses but also to study abroad in Rochester, NY or Dubai, UAE.

This is what one of RIT’s students, Alojz Paver, said about the program and the college: “I chose this college mostly because the classes are in English, which I wanted to perfect to an advanced level of business communication. Also, I chose to go here because of the obligatory co-op program. A co-op abroad is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience. The program is modern, fast, and thorough. Most of the courses are profession-specific and up-to-date."
