Tirana, 17 April 2013 NOA.al – The speaker of Parliament, Jozefina Topalli, called the chairman of socialist parliamentary group, Gramoz Ruçi, to presents the nominations for two members of Central Commission of Elections, after the resignation of socialist members.

The speaker, as reports noa.al, after administered the resignations of Denar Biba and Albana Shtylla, based on the point 3 of Article 19 of the Electoral Code, which states: "If the mandate of a member of KQZ ends prematurely during the electoral period, it will be replaced by the Parliament as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after the creation of the vacancy, "asked to the chairman of socialist parliamentary group, to brings within this time, the proposals of PS for the replacement of two members in KQZ.

This request, Topalli based in paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Electoral Code, which states: "… the right to proposes the candidates is of the same political party that has proposed the member …"
