Tirana, April 5, 2013, NOA.al – Aldo Bumçi, who until two days ago, held the post of Minister of Culture was presented today at the premises of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as its new head.

During his presentation, was present also the newly appointed as vice-Prime Minister, Myqerem Tafaj, who made his presentation to the post of new head of diplomacy.

Also, present at this ceremoni, was the ex-minister of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Edmond Panariti.

During his speech to the staff that will directs, Bumçi stressed that our country has made ​​tremendous progress in foreign policy, as NATO’s membership, visa’s liberalization, progress towards EU’s integration, contributing to regional stability, attracting foreign investments etc.

In this line, he pointed out that the subject of his work will be the continution in the main pillars of foreign policy, having as main objective the country’s integration into the European Union.
