Tirana, April 1, 2013, NOA.al – Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, during his speech today in Parliament, referring to the law for a territorial planning, stated that is ending an period which betoned Tirana, because now, there is a regulatory plan.

"You just discussed the constitution for a development of our capital. A constitution that was taken hostage 11 years from a billionaire clan of Socialist Party, who didn’t allowed the capital to becomes with a regulatory plan.

And to be the only capital in Europe, without a regulatory plan, a plan promised in the first month of the mandate from current chairman of Socialist Party, but postponed, for not been never realised.

The changes voted in accordance with the plan, have a great importance, because they give to the mayors and municipalities of country all the previous powers of previous regime, so opening, the onset of modern Tirana", said Berisha, reports noa.al….
