Tirana, 27 December 2012, NOA –Vice-Chairman of the High Council of Justice, Elvis Cefa, in accordance with the law and the Electoral Code, gathered today in duty, the Electoral College of the Court of Appeals in Tirana.

At a meeting held on this occasion, in the premises of KLD, in addition to the eight judges who constitute the Electoral College, was present also the chairman of the Court of Appeals in Tirana.

Cefa appreciated the importance of the institution of  Electoral College in the implementation of electoral process and to respect the freedoms and political rights of citizens.

He stressed that fulfilling the function of Electoral College, through professionalism and integrity, should offers maximum guarantees in law enforcement, in a transparent and impartial manner…
