Tirana, 27 December 2012, NOA – During the parliamentary session of today, the last for this year, Prime Minister Sali Berisha expressed gratitude for lawmakers that voted the laws, decrees and appointments that consolidated the state.

"Any mandate will changes laws, because the loser starts to  disagrees with laws, and remains any alternative, even its change every 4 years", said Berisha, reports noa.al.

He said that the Parliament gave to the peoples and also, to the country, a President with dignity, patriotism and a great devotion, as well as awaited laws, among them, also the Electoral Code.

In addition, he said that the opposition used the 3 laws that conditioned the status as a wall for blocking the integration process, and added that this block has never happened in the history of the European Union, as no one has used against the citizens the vote to block the process of integration….
