Tirana, December 3, 2012/ NOA.al – The President of the Republic hails again The Hague ’s verdict that acquitted the former Prime Minister of Kosovo and his collaborators from all the allegations after a fair and unbiased trial, no.al reported.

Mr. Haradinaj twice faced charges by the General Hague Prosecutor Mrs. Carla Del Ponte. But what is really shocking, are the least statements of the well known prosecutors of this Court, that the charges against the former Prime Minister and his collaborators by Mrs. Carla Del Ponte were based on insufficient evidence, and what is really worse is that Mrs. Del Ponte didn’t take in consideration the advices of the case prosecutors against these allegations and the canceling of these recommendations on the electronic registers, and their dismissal from the case.

Under these circumstances the President of the Republic requires by the International Institutions to inquire the ex-Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte related to the allegations for her role on the inquiry of Mr. Ramush Haradinaj and his collaborators.

The revealing of the truth related to this issue, serves the international justice and to the credibility of the International Court of Justice. a.b/noa.al
