Tirana, November 14, 2012, NOA – Following his speech at the meeting of government, Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that the not voting of three laws that condition the obtaining of candidate’s status, is an extremely serious act by the opposition.

Regarding the rules of Parliament, Prime Minister said that Edi Rama urged to his subordinates to find a regulation- Parliament as wants him, but stressed, that there is no regulation in the world that accepts 2 Prime Ministers.

"Rama is combatting for present to the albanians Gramoz Ruçi as Prime Minister.

Chairman of the opposition, even in countries with greater meritokracia, is treated as a minister with all the attributes of a minister.

Rama has a trattment more than a minister in several aspects, with a decision of government of this Prime Minister.

But as Prime Minister can not be done, because this is a constitutional post, the Constitution does not accept 2 Prime Ministers," said Berisha, reports noa.al.

In this line, he said that any amendment or suggestion for 3 laws, majority is open to listen him in any kind of level that Edi Rama wants.
