Tirana, November 9, 2012, NOA – Under the direction of President Bujar Nishani, is developed the meeting of High Council of Justice.

In his speech, the Head of State declared the early finish of mandate of member of KLD,  Lefterie Lleshi, elected as chairman of Central Electoral Commission, where after her voting, was announced her vacancy.

Following, as reports noa.al, was discussed the redistribution of judges of districts, while Justice’s Minister Eduard Halimi, stated that the must be an Administrative Court to any Court of Appeal, in order that the justice be given as soon as possible.

The member of KLD, Ilir Mustafaj, stated that the redistribution is not correct, because it should be made based on the number of cases.
