Tirana, May 05, NOA – In the Martyrs Day,  Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha, maked homage to the tombs of the Martyrs of the Nation.

During homages at the monument "Mother Albania", Lulzim Basha, honored all those who died to liberate our country, for the nation’s freedom and for securing life or our citizens, reports news agency NOA.al. Tirana’s Mayor also conducted visits to the families of the Martyrs of the Nation.

One of the families who visited Basha, was the family of the Hero of People, Sulejman Sefer Cenomeri.

During this visit, Basha stressed that "the least we can do for the nation’s heroes, those who sacrificed their lives for freedom and independence of Albania, is to honor and our work to build the city that they have dreamed about 70 years ago"….
