Tirana, May 04, NOA – Co-chairman of Commission for the Election Reform, Oerd  Bylykbashi, said today that  the electoral reform will be completed at 15 May.

In a statement given to the media after meeting of this Commission, Bylykbashi announced that the parties have agreed inconnection with the election’s materials. "Today the Commission adopted also the part for the count, with discussions about an article, for which there is some wording.

It was agreed that the election’s material not be opened in the counting center  when there is lack of documentary, and will be open only when is the complaint….
