Tirana, May 03, NOA – With 122 votes in favor and only 1 abstention, is approved the draft of Administrative Court.

As reports noa.al, Administrative Courts of First Instances, will be organized at least in numbers and equal territory to the ordinary courts of appeal at the time of entry into force of this law.

Under this law, the Administrative Courts of Appeal, will be organized in Tirana.

Learned that the draft that passed today in Parliament has to do with the creation of the judicial body of the Administrative Court, which will be the judges who are currently on duty.

So, there will be no new arrivals from outside of the judiciary system, but will be the judges who are presents, that will become part of the Administrative Court …
