Tirana, 30 April, NOA – After public statements of Shemsi Prençi, against members of the Government and the heads of Police, Police of State excluded by albanian police structures, the ex-Director of Police of Dibra’s  district,  arguing that he violated the disipline of police and gave illegal orders, reports news agency NOA.al.

Klejda Plangarica, spokeswoman of Police of State, gave some reasons for the exclusion of Prençi, noting that he exceeded its authority by  giving  illegal orders and threatened and blackmailed chrome businesses of different peoples.

Plangarica suggested that Prençi been accused by locals of Dibra that has established a Task-Force in this circuit, giving ilegal orders.

State’s Police spokeswoman said that since the appointment of Prençi in Dibra on 4 February 2012, he has committed more illegal acts….
