Tirana, 23 April, NOA – The issue of titles of ownership and their security,  is one of the most important issues for the Socialist Party, which has put this issue on the basis of  the political program "The Albanian Renaissance", reports news agency NOA.al.

"There is no economic development without resolving the issue of property, and PS has taken to resolve it", said the Working Group, Merit Qato.

Between the 18 tables of Socialist Party, in the way of the "For an Albanian Renaissance", is also the table of property.
