Tirana, 18 April, NOA – Investors in the energy field will have the opportunity to have direct access to electronic concessions.
This was announced today, by Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who said he would fully digitalised the concessions, marking so, the highest standard of transparency in public procurement, reports news agency NOA.al.
Prime Minister called up the electronic concessions as a precedented step for the transparency of concessions.
According to Prime Minister, Albania becomes the first fully electronic concessions….
