Laç, 5 March, NOA – The unusual event, which shooked the village Vinjollë in Lacç, today in the afternoon, seems to have found the solution without any hurt.

Klevis Balloku, the 24 years old, who is thought to be mentally retarded, has released after several hours, his family, that he had taken as hostage.

Official sources from the police of this city, told to news agency noa.al, that Balloku has freed four his family’s members and after this, was pursued by police.

Learned, that the blues, are engaged for more than two hours with the rare kidnapping and in these moments, are continuing to pursuing the 24 years old….
