Tirana, 13 February, NOA – After five hours of debate, behind closed doors, the High Council of Justice sided with 8 votes in favor and 5 against, the act of resignation of its vice, Kreshnik Spahiu, opening the way for his replacement and filling the post left vacant after the resignation of Spahiu, reports news agency NOA.al.

Sources near KLD, suggested, that the meeting has been with debates regarding the acceptance of resignation of Spahiu, between President Bamir Topi, and Minister of Justice, Eduard Halimi.

Learned that Halimi asked on behalf of the majority to not accept the resignation of vice-chairman of the KLD, in order to be the Parliament that dismiss Kreshnik Spahiu.

But, members of KLD, in majority, rejected with votes the request of minister Halimi, supporting the act of ex-vice
