Tirana, 13 February, NOA – A fund of 400 million lek, from the fund of emergency, will be made available to local authorities and prefectures in the blocked areas by the snow for contracting tools that will clean up the streets and the peoples isolated, reports NOA.al. news agency. Allocation of this fund, was announced in a press conference from the Interior Minister, Bujar Nishani.
