Tirana, 13 February, NOA – In the situation where half of Albania is covered by snob, Prime Minister Sali Berisha called for the mobilization and solidarity for all citizens blocked, local authorities and institutions of the country to do everything to save them, reports news agency NOA.al.

Berisha, during the meeting of Parliamentary Democratic  Group, said that as the winter of this year was not registered in Albania, since from the 37 years, 1985.

"A great winter has plagued Europe and the Balkans too, causing hundreds of casualties in the cold of avalanches, but also thousands of their damaging effects.

Today in the north, northeast, southeast of entire villages are covered by snow that reaches over 2 meter", said Prime Minister, making appeal that in these conditions to have a full commitment and solidarity in order to do everything to minimize the consequences of this heavy winter …
