Athens, 13 February, NOA – With the vote for the new package of reforms, the Greek parliament managed to escape from the bankruptcy of country, but with no small cost for the two largest parties in the country, PASOK and New Democracy, reports the news agency NOA.al. 42 deputies were expelled from their political groups because of negative vote against the new economic program, proposed by the government Papademos.

After a marathon session and heated debates, parliament passed with 199 votes in favor of new anti-crisis measures, paving the way for obtaining a new loan from international partners.

While parliament was involved in heavy discussions, the center of Athens was turned in a battle between police and protesters….
