Tirana, 1 February, NOA – Commission of Inquiry for the dismissal of vice-chairman of the High Council of Justice, Kreshnik Spahiu, discussed at today’s meeting for concrete actions, as the investigations to verify the activity of Spahiu.

Who according the deputies of majorit, has violated the Constitution, dealing with politics, being too vice-chairman of KLD, reports the news agency NOA.al.

Head of this Commission, Enkelejd Alibeaj, said that it  will verify all facts and evidence, about Spahiu for the deviation from the constitutional function of the vice-/ chairman of KLD ….
