Tirana, 28 February, NOA Update – Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that the Socialist Party proposed today an amendment for collective punishment, who was removed in year 1800, reports news agency NOA.al.

Referring to the stagnation of reforms set out in the agreement signed on 14 November of last year, the chief of the majority, said that childrens of Bloc, haven’t no other principe, than blocking the reforms.

He referred to parliamentaries reforms, deadlock again accusing the opposition’s leader, Edi Rama, for violation about the democratic constitution, restricting the speech of Prime Minister in Parliament in just ten minutes.
